Reservations are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax (6.5%) and Local Lodging Tax (3%).
 

 

DEPOSITS

For week long stays a deposit equal to 35% is required to confirm your reservation. For shorter stays a deposit equal to 50% is required to confirm your reservation.

Generally, we require all stays of less than a week to begin or end on a Saturday.
Please feel free to give us a call to check our openings for your "Mini-Vacation".
 

 

ADDITIONAL PEOPLE

All cabins and vacation homes will accommodate two additional people. Vacation Home 4 will accommodate four additional people. Additional charge per person is $25.00 per day or $100.00 per week.


ALL GUESTS OR VISITORS MUST REGISTER

We reserve the right to limit guests and visitors to the capacity of the resort and comfort of other guests.

Daily Visitor fee for 15 minutes to 2 hours $5 per day, 2 hours or more $20 per day. Daily visitors allowed from 9:00am – 9:00pm daily.


CANCELLATIONS

You are financially responsible for your entire confirmed reservation. Please understand that once we have lost income from a rental, it cannot be recovered, and our season is very short. In case of cancellation, for any reason including personal emergency, our ability to return your deposit depends upon our ability to re-rent the unit for those dates. Deposits are refundable less a $100 rebooking charge after the cabin is re-rented and the new deposit received. If the unit cannot be re-rented, you will be financially responsible for the balance of your stay.

Winter Snow Policy - If you are unable to keep your reservation because the roads are closed we will apply your deposit to a future date prior to May 1. Should you decide not to keep your reservation because of snow conditions your deposit will be forfeited.


PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and cash. Your balance will be due upon arrival and incidental charges will be due on the day prior to your departure.

 

 

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday in peak (Summer) season.

Check in is 4:00 p.m. or later in peak (Summer) season.

Check out is 9:00 a.m. or earlier in peak (Summer) season.

Off peak (Spring, Fall and Winter) check in and check out times are flexible. Please schedule check in and check out at time of making your reservation.
 

 

PEACE AND QUIET OF THE LAKE

Most of our guests enjoy the opportunity to get away from the noise of everyday life. A quiet evening by the lake can recharge the soul! In keeping with this thought, we enforce quiet hours beginning at 10:00 p.m. each evening. We also ask that our guests behave in a manner consistent with that of a family environment at all times. Fireworks, firearms and drugs of any kind are prohibited. Unregistered visitors will be asked to leave. As hosts and owners at the resort we do enforce these rules to ensure that all of our guests are able to enjoy their stay at the lake.


YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME

All of our units include a full size refrigerator, gas range, microwave, auto coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses and sufficient cooking and dining utensils. We have our own well with excellent drinking water. We provide toilet paper, kitchen towels, dish soap and sponges. Please remember to bring your own bath and beach towels, soap, paper products such as paper towels, paper plates and plastic cups. Each cabin and vacation home has a gas grill provided by the resort. Upon request we provide high chairs and pack-n-play cribs as available.
